Fellow SIBO sister here, using things like digestive bitters or apple cider vinegar before meals can really help with stomach acid production which is key for digestion!

I missed having my Christmas tree up and the light it gave off so I took out a string of white Christmas lights and put them around the top and sides of my big picture window in my livingroom since I don't have lamps and that's what I turn on every night and it makes it so cozy in there now! I love it! 😊 I also put a string of them around the doorway in my kitchen and turn them on at night so I don't have to have the big light on in the kitchen either.

I just recently got diagnosed with sibo and have found cutting out gluten has helped quite a bit. It really sucks bc I've loved carbs for so long, but at the same time theres soo much more options and alternatives now. My boyfriend happens to be celiac so it helps that I knew a lot already about good brands

It is a very regular thing with having a partner and child with ADHD that I will ask them if they're hungry, they tell me no, and then ten minutes later are telling me they need food because they're now starving. It's just something I anticipate at this point.

Habit stacking isn’t multitasking. Habit stacking is a method of building a routine, especially helpful for people with ADHD or other neurodivergency. For example, I could never get into the habit of just brushing my teeth in my morning. One single thing like that I think ‘I can do that later, in ten minutes, after this’ blah blah blah. Habit stacking, which is building miniature routines, means I put on sunscreen, wash my face, brush my teeth all in one clump. It means if I’m in the bathroom putting sunscreen on, brushing my hair etc. I will just do everything because I’ve developed the habit of doing them all together. It’s about making a habit more possible in your day because you’re building mini routines.
