Yes. All of our kits only come with the hardware. You'll need to turn the project on a wood lathe.

Hi, so I'm a new turner and I always thought for sanding you use a higher speed?

We always recommend sanding with slower speeds because you'll have less heat build-up and the slower speed will help get a better sanded surface.

What size blank did you start with? How big did the handle end up?

Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
