Turning a sportster into a Dirtbike Part 4- Can I save this rusted gas tank? And Dirtbike front clip

In this video I go deeper into turning this Harley sportster into a Dirtbike. I try to save a super rusted gas tank and instal a front clip (fender headlight ect…).
I have 3 more parts on my channel of taking this sportster frame and motor and turning it into the ultimate v-twin Dirtbike!!!

The 2 part epoxy gas tank sealer from Caswell Plating works great to seal the gas tank once the rust is removed.

I have seen some nightmare cases of that epoxy not curing correct or being too thin and clogging jets and petcocks

@@SlappysGarage I have a 2016 Roadster that i bomb around on dirtroads looking for a scrambler or flat seat for it is there such a thing?

@@willyroussel3563 if you are not riding 2 up then saddleman makes a tail section for trackers that looks pretty good and should be fairly easy to put on
