Thank you for sharing your video. Corner turning practice is a great idea! I pieced a table runner today using your block samples, and will sandwich and begin quilting tomorrow. Thanks again for the inspiration. A friend will get a quilting sampler for Christmas!

I just got mesmerized. I found it interesting to see you quilt your feathers “backwards” as all instructors I’ve encountered seem strictly bottom upwards. I’ve never really tried that.

Hi there, Few years back I watched someone else quilting a feather like that. I was still struggling with my feathers but I liked the idea. I quilted a whole quilt using different techniques, including this one. They are different and I like their more robust character.
