A very lucky run! I always love finding more StS streamers. I think that it would be nice to see the score breakdown at the end of the game though. But very entertaining content, liked and subscribed

It's so interesting watching how clear and confident you are about certain decisions throughout the run. At 5:11, you just instantly say no to taking the Curse of "Doubt" in trade for 150 gold. I have always taken the offer because I figured I can hit a shop relatively soon (or event if lucky) and just remove that curse, and now I realize how important really thinking about taking on these cards can be.

Fun run! That being said, if the videos are already an hour long anyway, I wish you wouldn’t edit floors out. There are a ton of small decisions that are always interesting to see in this game.

Thanks for the love! We wish we didn't need to edit runs down too, but being newer to making YT content and not exactly established on the StS scene, it doesn't really work for me to just post unedited runs. I certainly did that before, but got no traffic, unfortunately. We're definitely trying to find a balance between making it original/digestible for YT and still informative.

That call for Meteor Strike into Snecko Eye was some insane luck. Wish I had it when I Pandora's Box swapped into a Meteor Strike with a boss swap. Was basically a curse the first act but I managed to survive and beat the boss and didn't get Snecko :(

I keep reading that you should keep your decks below 20 cards if possible but you seem to collect quite a few. Curious what your opinion is on that?
@InaBeta3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the deck! Some decks are totally fine being 35+. Most decks I see from myself and other StS streamers are over 20 for sure.
@Krossfyre3 жыл бұрын
So there's advantages and disadvantages to thin decks. The smaller the deck the quicker you'll find the cards you need. At the same time though statuses can absolutely wreck you, as they make up a bigger percentage of your deck. Smaller decks also have higher average card quality. Large decks will take longer to find key cards, but statuses are much less threatening. And of course the kind of deck you're building and the relics and cards you possess completely changes the calculus. Snecko Eye draws 7 cards a turn. A 20 card deck is drawn through in 4 turns. For a Snecko deck that would be a 28 card deck. Then of course the energy generation combined with some draw power makes even bigger decks more possible. A bigger deck is also better when it doesn't rely on getting key cards or you have ways of finding them quickly despite the size. Most decks in higher ascensions will be along the lines of 25~35 cards by the end, because it's hard to get that many card removals and find very good cards.
@thelandgrafable3 жыл бұрын
Why do you end some of your turns with 1 energy left and plenty of playable cards in your hand?

Doesn't always make sense to play said cards. Or I just made a mistake.
