In regards to your comment on the NASA logo's letter 'S' reaching down further than the other letters, it's what's referred to in typeface design as 'overshoot'. This is to create an illusion that the 'S' is the same size as the other letters. In design, looking balanced and being actually balanced are not always the same thing. Love your video but please do some more research before calling out 'one of the most recognisable logos in the world'. Much thought has been put into this design.
