Where you cut the frame you should prime and paint the bare metal to prevent rust, and then put the plates on. Just a tip from a tech. Best of luck! Love the vids

Raptor is coming along pretty nice, Joe! Not sure what you're talking about when it comes to the look of the bumper from the side, though lol the ADD Pro is the most badass Gen2 Raptor bumper on the market. That increased approach angle coupled with the pretty much flush mounting of that top tube just can't be beaten IMHO. I love my ADD Lite I have on my F-150.

If there is a motor error code the ecm aka computer for the truck will put it in “protection mode” to help reduce any excess stress on the motor ex the ac compressor to help prevent any excess damage to the motor. Your truck should be fine as long as it didn’t stay like that for too long. Nice truck btw. I have a 2018 raptor and love the bumper!! Take care hope that helped

What suspension kit you going to go with? I’m either going with Robby Woods, SVC, or RPG. RPG will allow me to use a set of brand new Fox Factory 3.0s that I bought a while back before researches that most kits use different shocks than the 3.0s.

Been a ford tech for 10 years. Not bad for a bolt on kit man ypu really didn't have to cut and modify too much so it's called a bolt on. ( engine wasn't opened ) the a/c and blow off valve share a circuit . Good job tho man

Your front bumper from the side view looks like more approach angle. If you actually take that off road, you'll notice the improved angle and nobody will say a thing. If you're just mall-crawling with that truck, then yeah, the bumper isn't an improvement on the stock bumper. So keep it off road and you'll be fine.

Took me and father in law 8 hours to do my SVC Intercooler and bumper lol. Same 3-4 hour job according to manual. I could knock it out much much quicker second time around for sure but still a pain. Better instructions would have saved hours I honestly think.
