Martin Hibbert was left paralysed in the Manchester Arena bombing and his daughter Eve was left with a catastrophic brain injury. They were the closest to the bomber to survive. He now hopes to change attitudes and access for people with disabilities. Today he is heading to Westminster as part of Disability Minister Tom Pursglove’s Disability Action Plan.
Martin also comments on criminals not attending their sentences in court and the closure this can provide victims.
