Nice one guy's 👍. Im glad you mentioned about carburetor needles. Obviously they are for mid range power tuning. Maybe a good thing to add is the fatter the needle the leaner the mix. Thin needles to make the mix run rich. W type needles work really well usually with stock airbox (fatter). Keep up the good work 👏

We don't have any other brands available in our country. We have tried Polini in the past but we decided to keep with Malossi and Stage6.

One thing what I wait for is proper demonstration results. This is not first 100cc minarelli made by you guys and it's always something else to do with scooter. Please do complete build eg. Mallosi 124cc kit Mallosi intale Mallosi 22mm carb Technigas RS( or other sport exhaust) Setup CVT ( mallosi vario, rollers, clutch springs, new belt) Brake in engine for 500..1000 km and show us proper results like top speed acceleration 0 to 50.. 0 to top speed. This what people are waiting for before spending money on parts.

Do you want us to do tutorial videos on the fitment of Malossi parts? Generally we split a complete build into two videos. The builds we've done have been to what the customer wants, not necessarily to get the fastest speed or most power.

What about the jetting, the carb works out the box without changing the pilot or main jet?

The carb comes ready to use, with the #78 main jet fitted and a leaner #75 main if needed. After test riding you may want to swap jets or change needles. Pilot jet remains the same. Then there are two slide needles, one for richer setting and the other for leaner.

No, it’s not, it’s there to give the air a smooth, rounded channel to pass through

It's a misconception that the 'stuffer' is a restrictor, it creates the venturi effect through the reed valve and reduces turbulence. If the reed valve works better without the stuffer, then you have the wrong reed valve fitted for your carb size.

So y'all didn't have to grind out the case for a 125cc? I know the 100cc 2fast top end requires a case grind to install.

I think this is a 100cc motor stock not a 50cc am6 or d50b0 moped eninge

No grinding or machining is required on the 100cc Minarelli casings.

main jett its too small for 125? maybe use 95-100+

With the stock airbox, we can't go bigger on the main, it's too rich then. Malossi have set up this carb perfectly when used as designed. Even with the Malossi 'pod' filter fitted, this jetting works perfect.

@urban_riders but in the vid, in your high rpm seems stuck, he won't able to release all power.

@@geeansyah9631 As mentioned in the test ride, the reason is because we fitted lighter rollers in preparation for a performance exhaust. It should have 11gr and we running 9gr with the stock exhaust so it's over revving.

Bro if you buy 70cc engine its gonna be more faster than 125cc

You are 100% correct. Check out our video on our BWS50 with the Stage6 Sport Pro 70cc. But remember the 100cc is a Minarelli long case motor and the 50cc is short a case.

@@BeToAEROX yeah but this is meant to be for every day ride, a super racing scooter is more for fun, I couldn't drive one on a every day basis. That's why yo have to have both 😃😃😃
