Is this in metric?? Any way to convert to inches? I’m guessing .017 becomes .00066 and 30 becomes 1.18 and so on?

Z50 Machine is doing program 700 Times and #503 is couter, if counter reach 700 its going to N12 block and this is finish if not is going back to N1 and reapeting until IT reach 700
