Considering the Non-VVTi GE rods are the exact same as GTE, you should be good for ~650wtq. Should be good for a while once you fix the ignition coil.

those ebay turbos can hold the power. Boostedbois have done plenty of builds with ebay turbos up to 1000hp and they throw alot at it and they still keep kicking.

for the GTE coils you can use the EMU \Black as your Igniter n drive the coils a little more off the EMU. I'm not sure if the EMU could do the same in the situation of the distributer... but it does have the ability to be the igniter.... Looking forward to the Coil upgrade and power difference.... (Maybe consider adding a clutch to that purchase whilst you're at it. lol )

In my early car days and learning i bought an NA 3000GT bc the Vr4 twin turbo was sooo much more. I thought I could just build my own turbo setup for less. Well... I didn’t know until too late that it had a 10.5:1 compression ratio. Cost was waaay more. I miss you 3KGT. 🙏

Dude the connecting rods in your NON-VVTI GE engine are EXACTLY the same and the ones in the GTE. The VVTI GE’s have the tiny rods.
