Rice Flour - 310g
Glutinous Rice Flour - 10g
Corn Flour - 15g
Water - 710g
Dried Shrimps - 60g
4 Shiitake Mushroom
1 Cured/Chinese Sausage
Spring Onion
White Pepper - half tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
白萝卜- 800克左右
粘米粉 - 310克
糯米粉 - 10克
生粉 - 15克
水 - 710克
虾干 - 60克
冬菇 - 4粒
腊肠 - 1条
葱头 - 适量
胡椒粉 - 半茶匙
盐 - 2茶匙
白糖 - 2茶匙
油 - 3汤匙

in the USA a daikon is not at all like a turnip. Turnip is much harder drier and tastes very very different from a daikon. We wouldn't call it a cake we would refer to the whole loaf as a Terrine or simply as a loaf.

Ah I see. In here we called it Radish or Turnip.
