This recipe turned out great ! Replaced 2 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of milk powder for the filling. Made half the filling ingredients, and followed the recipe amounts for the dough ingredients. Ratio was 16g of filling to 45g of dough, and the sealing techniques worked well! Thank you

I tried but the filling got thicker and no longer runny the next day or when the buns got cooler, do u have that issue?

@@judytran1955 :This is normal. You have to eat it when it’s hot or warm. They are not running out of liquid if became cold.
Tried the recipe, taste good, however is overly sweet. Out of 220g sugar, I'm using only 160g (in future I will use 100g), yet still very sweet. Those who wish to try need to reduce sugar. The pao recipe is also too sweet, suggest to reduce, I'm using only 2 tbsp. The filling texture is exactly the same like those dim sum restaurant and it's oozing out type. Will definitely try again. Tried other youtuber recipe but failed, this recipe I got it successful.
Omg, i wish utube have a photo or video for cmt. I made this this morning and its turn out perfect, from the skin to the runny filling. I followed exact steps in the video but cut off 1/4 sugar since my family dont eat very sweet.
