I didnt make this with collard greens but made them with smoked pig tails and pigeon peas AND ....and I appreciate greatly your step by step explanation because I didn't know what I was doing with this Insta pot pressure cooker but because you explained it so decently and pleasantly now I know what to do thank you so much
