That's very kind, thank you! I'm really enjoying working on this second army and it seems to be taking on a life of its own. I'm definitely happy with how it is turning out though. One good thing about Turnip28 armies is that you don't need too many units so I'm hoping this will be completed soon 😀

Your videos are calming. The calm music in the background combined with you talking about your models gives me nostalgia. You have a good voice for stuff like this too. I'm rambling again. Thanks for the video, it's fun.

Cheers Sean! Yeah the snail charge may take some time to get up to speed but it will be worth it! I absolutely love that head from the Fireforge box, so much character and eccentricness to the sculpt and it works really well with the Frostgrave bodies 🙂

Cheers Robert! That's what I really like about Turnip28 in that the rules give you the unit type but then you are really free to create them how you imagine them to be. I honestly thought I'd never be creating something as strange as a snail knight but....well there he is 😃

NO INTEREST in 'Turnip 28' or 'fantasy' figures generally... (But HOW I LOVE how STE gives us his enthusiasm, creativity and talent...) I LOVED trying to identify what STUFF Steve used to personalise/'kit-bash' his BRILLIANT creations... Even some WILD WEST plakkie 'Great Escape' stuff in there!!! (The minis look fantastic...) I find with this channel that there is always something to be learned... (EVEN if the subject isn't 'your thing'...) As well as a VERY TALENTED and innovative painter and modeler, STE is such a brilliant and engaging PRESENTER... (Very natural, very conversational...) Not that it's a conversation BUT IT FEELS LIKE THAT!!! (COULD YOU use 'tufts' on WWII snipers in the way Steve has here???) I BET you could!!! (So glad I subscribed to this channel...) xx SF

That's awesome, cheers Steve! Turnip28 is one of those games/aesthetics that won't appeal to everyone but I've been fascinated by it since I first saw it last year. The grimdark background and atmosphere combined with the scope for so much creativity and kitbashing really appeals to me. I can definitely say without a doubt that it's a project that U have a lot of enthusiasm for and it certainly scratches a creativity itch! Thanks as always for taking the time to watch and comment 🙂

That's awesome, thank you! Really glad you enjoy the Turnip28 videos. You can probably tell that I have had a lot of fun building and painting my Turnip28 units, such a wonderfully creative way to hobby. Sure thing, the bases are 4cm x 6cm (40mm x 60mm) MDF bases. I use these to bases 6 figures at a time. For larger pieces like the root shrine or snail knight I just glue these together. Hope that helps 😀👍
