I got some of those panels at Christmas too, wondering what that backing is made of inside- my only beef - will those hold up?? I might not get them again even though the canvas seems nice and they are inexpensive. Living temporarily where I don’t have a studio to make them. Always fun and interesting to watch you paint.

I read up on them a bit - they have a mdf core that should be stable. But, they are very lightweight, and the back needs to be covered in my opinion when framing. The key is that the surface is linen, which should last centuries
