Turrican WIP10

Collision with all bullets added. Now enemies hit (and ONLY the hit ones) won't appear anymore. Set the video 720p50 to enjoy it at best quality and without frameskipping

It gets much better and better 😺👍🕹️. The MSX version of TURRICAN looks absolutely brilliant 😺👍🕹️. And the soundtrack 🎵🎶 is awesome 😺👍. Also, i got this retrospective feeling, that i want to switch on my Commodore 64 and Amiga 500 and play the TURRICAN games, again 😹👍🕹️. Once again, this video deserves a big retrospective like 👍🕹️ from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.

Love watching, hardware exploited to its limits, this engine could fit Sonic pretty well kind of what if Sonic The Hedgehog was on MSX, the platforming, the scrolling would fit good enough.

Impressive. Where did you get the map from ? Did you have to figure out it all by yourself, or is that available on the web ?

The map is available, the character definitions too. You can found then on a char/map editor example files that are rips from C64 games. The tool infact is dedicated to develop on C64. Its name is charpad (google it and you'll find it)

Bullets collisions. Now you can kill the enemies and they won't appear anymore in the map. Unlike the C64/Amiga version, only killed enemies disappear. The ones you simply push out of the screen (and also extralifes, gems and unsmashed bricks) will be there if you return in their locations
