How did you like this headset? Have a few questions about it: Is this one of those headsets that requires the Turtle Beach app on a phone or pc to be active while using the features on the headset/console itself or isn't that required? Secondly, I heard that the USB-A cable is used to connect the headset's transmitter to platforms. I assume this means that couch co-op on PS5 with two Turtle Beach Stealth Pro headsets is a lot harder with the standard PS5 only having 1 USB-A port on the front which would mean being forced to connect the other Stealth pro's transmitter to the hotter, back end of the PS5 which could cause interference/delay? Thirdly, is the transmitter that good that having a friend over with a wired headset connected to a controller isn't gonna give the Stealth Pro's wireless mic any delay on console? The reason I ask is because not encluding a 3.5mm input on the headset baffles me from Turtle Beach.

I got a pair for free because it fell off a train. The box got destroyed but the headset itself didn’t get a scratch on it and everything works great lol.

hi i don’t know if you ever got an answer i don’t have XBoX but you should be able to go into audio/ sound or accessories and choose mono audio (all audio goes into one side)

You say that the earpads are breathable, but they are made of pleather, which is the least breathable earpads material. It doesn't add up.

@@Bokid24 are you dense? It called a euphemism. Pleather pads are not breathable by their very nature, so saying that they are doesn't make any sense.

Can you press a button on the headset to swap to different custom EQ settings? Or is that in the App only? For example your playing a single player game then you swap to an online shooter and want to hear footsteps much more clearly to get that competitive edge.

I think you can, you could on the other stealth headsets. It's a good one for sure, I have it for a while now and actually love it. Even though it's tough saying it's the best, it's all subjective.

Just the light and the fact the PS version will not work on Xbox.

@DanielOceanVideos it's great. Just got mine after returning the Stealth 700. Seems the gripes from launch have all been taken care of. A couple people said the volume wheel was hard to turn but mine is easy to move with one finger.

I guess so. People complained that the xbox version was not loud as the PS version on the PS5 but never trust the internet stupid people. I‘d choose PS version because i like blue more than green and there is maybe some hidden optimization we‘ll never know.

You gotta connect it to your computer via USB-C to update the firmware. I haven’t done it since I bought it and works just fine

Just got these for xbox series x, when I power on headset the transmitter doesn't turn on, I have to unplug transmitter and replug and instantly turns on and connects to headset. Is there anything to fix this??

The transmitters for all their headsets have always been terrible (quick google/youtube search). Return it and save your money, or buy a used Microsoft xbox headset/transmitter.

Just take out the insertable mic and it switches over automatically, you have to un-mute the headset but it works 👍🏼

The fact that the non-Xbox version isn't cheaper is criminal considering it's lower cost since you guys aren't paying the license fee to Microsoft on that version. There's basically no reason to get the non-Xbox version.

@@Brisco_County_Jr The Xboz version works on all consoles and cost the same as the ps version. Usually the ps version is cheaper because they're not paying the licensing fee to Microsoft. So yes, there's no reason to buy the ps version over xbox.
