​@baqwrds2262 yeah all I did was keep pressing the reset button until it sorted itself out. It took a few go's. Once that sorted it out I updated firmware to the latest release. Never had an issue since

same thing with mine. fac resetting and calibrating will fix it for a while but it always comes back up. hopefully theyll come out with some new firmware again soon because its too good a controller to be held back by glitchy firmware

Yeah that’s what holds me back from getting a controller not made by Microsoft or Sony directly. They might get the mechanicals right, but the software/firmware is a different story

​​​@@henry3397if ur a playstation user I got the wolverine v2pro expensive asf no pointless screen, has phone app and no issues whatsoever and I have dropped it sadly more then I can count. Works great no issue at all/ it's also a pc controller.

Calibration issue. You can calibrate it on the controller itself. No need to connect it to the app. Just enter the system menu on the controller and you'll find the calibrate option and follow the instructions.

Ran calibration and it did nothing still massive spots where it doesnt detect the sticks i also have an issue with the right trigger not always detecting being pulled in game play

It is a awesome controller regardless of the flaw that I had with mine. I would have kept it if it wasn't for the issue I showed. I loved everything about it but maybe get another one again in a few weeks. Maybe I got a bad one 🤷‍♂️

@@baumrinde6979 You can calibrate it straight on the controller using it's LED screen by clicking the + button at the bottom, then Y to navigate the options on the controller's screen, use the D-pad to navigate to the system menu and then to calibration. You can choose to calibrate the sticks and/or the triggers this way. You can also find the calibration in the Control Center 2 software on PC by navigating to the System menu and selecting Begin Calibration.

Got a second controller and it did the same thing in 24 hours. I believe it has something to do with having the controller wired to the Xbox instead or playing wireless.

😂 nah man it had everything to do with the plastic of the controller being misaligned, it was hard to explain in a short clip but I had to pull down on the analog hard for it to completely register unfortunately. That controller got returned and bestbuy employee agreed that it was messed up.

@@baumrinde6979 it’s good when it’s plugged in with its wire I haven’t had it randomly disconnect unless I use a different wire it didn’t come with. The usb Bluetooth thing is god awful it feels like if the connection to the Xbox is slow and the registration of the joysticks are always glitching out and feel sluggish and than sometimes it just wouldn’t be responsive and glitch out . I prefer the feel of my Xbox elite series 2 controller but all the accessories on the turtle beach stealth ultra is cool just wish it was consistent (I have gotten to comfortable with the dead zone and controller settings with my old controller)

@@baumrinde6979 go into (settings), (calibration), (stick) then fully rotate your sticks and it eliminates any dead zones you have. Hall effect sticks essentially use a computer to measure where your stick is. So any "deadzone" is just a calibration issue

My sticks stopped working all together, only the directional pad will work, I've tried reconnecting and turning off and on, system restore on the controller, restarted the Xbox and nothing, the sticks are dead

I ended up returning mine long time ago right after this video, basically 😅 I did everything I could to it with calibration and everything none of that fixed the issue. It had to do with the plastic of the controller misaligned and that was causing the issue. I've wanted to get another one but recently baught a PC so just playing with the mouse now

It’s so bad waste of money cool idea but horrible in every aspect looks like there’s metal no metal full plastic, the joysticks paint rubs off causing a sandpaper movement while playing, the trigger is a nice feature that makes sense to be clicky but the buttons being clicky just make it uncomfortable to press them only ac good feature is clicky triggers which far better and far cheaper controllers have

I had a very similar situation, a weird way to fix that was go into the turtle beach app on xbox and back out again. Also try and get a paper clip or some sort of small like a earring and hit that little reset button on the back of controller while the xbox and controller is on. If thay doesn't help try the first step all over again. I hope that works for yah but I've returned mine as well due too it was 200 dollars and I can't spend money on something that seems to still be in a testing faze basically with the anti drift sticks.

I've been using the Elite Series 2 Controllers for years and I've been through a few just moderately gaming here and thier but I would rather buy 2 more of those than the turtle beach controller again honestly thought it through lol. I do have the turtle beach pro headset and that is worth every penny. But the controller is a naw for me

55" LG C9 I've had it for almost 4 years now and no screen burn in at all which is amazing. I have been looking at the new C3 Oleds but I'm going to wait for the C4 and upgrade when they come out

I did that about 10 times lol it would still do the same thingi ended up returning it and will wait until a restock comes and retry again. I later found that when I pressed down on the analog quite hard it would finally register the motion. Almost as if the frame of the controller was slightly off.

It was an actual issue with the controller itself and the molding of the analog sticks and the frame of the controller. Is was hard to explain in the short video, but in order for it to register, I had to pull very hard downward on the analog to get it to fully register. I've since then return that controller and have gotten a new one and the new one has worked flawlessly!

I can confirm mine is not like that it registers to the bottom on both sticks, I think it is one of only and you don't have to purchase another one the controller has a year warranty and they will replace it for you for free I'm 100% sure about turtle beach customer service I've done this before with one of my headsets and they replaced it with new one for free, I hope you get yours sorted as it is easy to say this is the best controller I've used in my whole life and I highly recommend it!

My only big problem with this controller that I received today is that we can only remap the four back button The rest of the button cannot be remap to fit someone specific playstyle such as for the elite S2 or the dual sense edge I m a bit disappointed I wanted to remap the lb button to use it as a B like I'm able to do with elite 2 or dual sense edge It's a real problem I'm going to write to turtle beach to see if they can add this in futur software

ngl ....it makes no sense to map a button u ca use on your bumper to a paddle ...the point of paddles is to give you face buttons ...you're actually limiting your amount of buttons lol... double check because i saw someone showig the option to map them
