I used that about 6 or so years ago and it does awsome on black paint.

That's the clear coat that has faded and is separating from the base coat . Time for a sand back and repair with clear paint. Looks passable for a week or two, but is going to get much worse real quick....😅😅 That black wax is also going to screw with your cloths. Time for new cloths too ! 😅😅
