In this video, I cast net shiners with my WhisperFish shad slinger. I feed the shiners to the bass and turtles then head to the gar pond to feed them shad. Thanks for watching!!

It is amazing how big some of the turtles are getting. Your new ponds are next to the greenest land. Beautiful trees and foliage everywhere. Great place to live for all the fish, turtles, and the remaining ecosystem you've created. Thank you so much for this fantastic video. I love watching your great care for nature.

Everything is really coming together for you again, my friend. I'm very happy for you! I also hope you sell a ton of your new casting nets. Do you like the chains better than a leadline?
@fishboy24211 ай бұрын
Thanks! Yes the chain casts better and also isn’t toxic to aquatic environments like lead.

Love the new ponds! I do notice there is a lot of glare on the water. Are there maybe some spots where the lighting is better and can look deeper into the water? Just a thought

Great WhisperFish net! I just check that it is legal in Québec as long as it is not more than 6 feet diameter. However, there are way less fishes in pond here than in Texas! I'm checking you to work on my technics.

Hello! The turtles are as adorable, as always. That tiny baby was so cute. Is there food for them in the pond for when you're away? And for the gar? They sure trust you. Take care; great video!

Great to see ya again. Love your videos. Would you consider putting other gar such as short nose, long nose, or spotted gat in your pond, what are the pros and cons?
@fishboy24211 ай бұрын
I’ve considered it. The only problem would be the alligator gar getting too big and eating the smaller species
@clarklindquist813711 ай бұрын
@@fishboy242 I thought of that too, however I've seen them in the same ponds as bass, bowfin, and catfish. Bowfin may be another interesting fish as well. They are amazing too
