This is perfect. I'm making it tomorrow for our Sunday night family dinner. I have to sub chicken breast and garbanzos because I have a few picky eaters.

Maybe add some cut up Lupini beans in it since that is keto. Or soy beans...keto

Good idea. Cannellinis are relatively low, as beans go. 14 net grams per half cup serving.
