Tuscan roads - Greve in Chianti

I have watched this for two years now. I have since travelled three times to Italy and finally bought my retirement home in Umbria over the hill from Castiglion Fiorentino in Morra. Spent some time in Greve in Chianti and been to Badia a Coltibuono a couple times. Fell in love with Colapesce & Dimartino because of you too. So, I guess what I want to say is thank you.

Hello, Brian! I am happy for you and congrats for your retirement home! Epically beautiful area isn´t it? I am still looking around, and keeping an eye on Val d´Orcia. If next rip to Tuscany shall happen, I certainly will navigate through Umbria to wave you somewhere there. In June we are doing the Pyrenees and Picos de Europa and someday in autumn probably new videos from the trip shall be released. Once more - congrats on your right decision!

@@50YearOldBiker Salve from Colorado USA. This June I spent a few weeks at my house in Umbria taking many nice drives like yours. I was able to go through Radda in Chianti, Castellini in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti specifically. These excursions really fill my Tuscan desires perfectly. At the same time, when visiting, I am content with remaining in my little Umbrian-Marche niche too. Only my imagination can contemplate what I will find when I venture into Emilia-Romagna. As always you remain a great inspiration to me and I will continue to update you on my progress. I wish you all the best in the meantime!

Greetings again. This never gets old. Can you tell me the name of the property that you stop at and walk around? All I see is a sign that says Reception and Restaurant. It is where the thumbnail with the blue Fiat is pictured.

By the way, if you are around there, please check the Montefioralle and take the road via Periolo towards Il Casolese di Vignamaggio and beyond to Lamole. Very scenic road.
