The section where the guy was referring to as "Black water scheme" That's second Phase of Tuschen. After the Tuschen scheme had opened some years after that section was developed into a scheme too. It's second phase.. the name Black water came from the Canal that is along the main entrance road. It once use to be all clean black water. But not anymore since the scheme developed.

🙏 Namaste thank you for all that you bring to us. I hope that with all the development happening that the people don't allow considers to take away the culture and change the beauty of Guyana. I grew up in Suriname, later in life I moved to Trinidad as I got married. So it's like I have the best of all 3 countries😊😍 Trinidad for me is like living in Brooklyn which I have. Now as a i have retired i visit Suriname often. I'm hoping I can visit Guyana on my next trip. But I don't like doing the city life anymore. I love the interiors. I often refer to Guyana as little India...lol. Again thank you for all the tours and recipes!!! Yes I do follow ...can you do kuhchila and mango anchor something the future?!😊 keep bringing us more.

Thank you , the culture has always been and will be .I have been to Trinidad 🇹🇹 a couple times, it is nice there indeed, never been to Suriname, on my bucket list lol. There are many nice places in the countryside to visit.

I like the way you show different views with the camera now. You can really see how having speed bumps (sleeping policemen) on the roads only makes drivers drive faster in between to make up for slowing down. It's wasteful on fuel and does not improve overall road safety.

It was Parfait Harmonie on the West Bank Demerara, close to the Demerara Harbour bridge. I was saying that is the biggest Housing Scheme in Guyana and then Tuschen.
