hi..the gas pump of my enverude etsc 30 hp engine is constantly receiving electric current. The engine locks itself without starting. ecu is solid. how can i fix it..

I just changed the fuel pump. I installed a new emm and it did not cause any errors. I think the EMM is faulty. The program on my computer is standard build (version 5.1.0).. how can I update this program. Can you send it to me via e-mail? can you help me.?. thank you very much..
