Battery cutoff switches always go on the negative

You should cut off the negative wire, not positive. Its too Dangerous if the positive cable or kill switch post short to body

Thanks, that's good info. My concern was if someone tries to start the car it will blow a fuse. The way it is now that can't happen. The switch is in a bolted together plastic box so unless the box shatters it can't short. Still; after more research I switched to the negative. I'll do a follow up vid and take this down later so no one catches their car on fire.
