TUTORIAL: Controlling Randomisation in RailClone to create a "tree" (intermediate)

How would you use this to link a Z scale with a random Z translation for 3 different segments? I have 2 objects that need to have random Z offsets along the spline (this seems to work well for that) then a 3rd object whose scale needs to match these random offsets, is this possible? FYI, I'm using Version 4.
