hi! i found you on pinterest and i’ve been trying to recreate one of your looks with flat twists, but i really can’t seem to twist my hair like this. i keep it tight, but it just doesn’t end up looking like yours. are there any other tips you could give? thank you!

Y’all just need to practice the hairstyle more. She’s been doing this since she was around 8 years old so she’s pretty good at it, but remember that everyone works at different paces and everyones hair is different even if it’s a similar hair type. Just keep working with it and finding out what works best for you.

Is it best to do this hairstyle on wet or dry hair?

It depends on your hair type, if it’s straight then no don’t do wet, but if it’s curly/coily then definitely wet bc it’ll be easier without the frizz and just easier to see what you’re doing and can still have beautiful curls without having to rewash your hair!
