Thanks for this helpful tutorial, Sir. May you please make another tutorials relate to cross-hole electrical resistivity modeling & inversion with pyGIMLi?

Yes, there are two examples for 3D gravity and magnetic inversions using the Li&Oldenburg synthetic models.

Dear Sir I have MATLAB code as (seg2read), and I need to modify it to (seg2 output); thus, I am asking for your help.

thanks for you work with pygimli ! I am a beginner and try to use it but I do not know how to use the data created thanks to the solver to make calculations (as a normal numpy matrix for instance)? For instance with the 2D heat equation I would like to export the Temperature as a function of x,y (as a numpy matrix perhaps ?) . Is there a way to do that ? Thanks for your response

The resulting vector T can be exported with the mesh nodes pg.x(mesh) and pg.y(mesh)

Hi, using pyGIMLi is it possible to do a seismic tomography?

There are some examples for first-arrival tomography (surface and crosshole, 3D works too) but no reflection or full-waveform tomography
