Come to think of it, building houses with natural walls is just natural with extra steps. It's not possible to house NPCs in houses with naturally occuring walls, but it's possible to create natural walls elligable for housing at a graveyard with a workbench, so make sure that you die a lot. Personally, I recommend the pirate army in early hardmode.

Honestly, the furry is the NPC that can mosy likely escape, she has dinamite bunnies right in front of her, some lava to ingnite the fuse and a cannon to blast it into the wall Sure, it might kill a bunny or 2, but that's a sacrifice she's most likely going to make (especialy in a blood moon)

For the golfer, strand him on a course, but the holes are completely capped off and blocked. Now, he can never score ever again. Also, put in a cruel symbol to remind him of his sister, the Zoologist's, fate. Maybe put him near the Guide for good measure as they hate each other.

There's a funny thing you can do with the nurse (I'm not sure if you've already done this but it isn't in the video). Just put her in lava and she will keep on getting hurt then healing herself, meaning she stays suffering in the lava pool basically forever until something kills her.

Are you going to make some of the houses you already made more accommodating? Since the Witch Doctor and Truffle love each other so much it would be nice if there was a door connecting their houses, I think that would make their happiness show that they know they're both always close by.
