If you have a normal android headunit, you should be able to uninstall it from settings>apps>headunit reloaded.

No you dont need to install Android auto on your headunit, you need to install it on your phone. On your headunit, you need to install 'Headunit reloaded' app and follow the procedure. That should get it working.

To my knowledge, AGAMA app doesn't have anything to do with GPS actually. Do you have a GPS attached to your system? Was the GPS working before?

It isn't necessary, it just gives a cleaner layout. If you are happy with stock launcher, you can very well use that. AA will work with that too

The provided link does work, but if I recall it was the cracked version only. Sorry, I do not have that car or an aftermarket headunit with me anymore to verify this. But the apk did work for me.
