xoxEMILYox Yes you can!! DIY Paint is a chalk type paint... it’s just got a clay base. 👍🏼 I don’t know if you can get the same texture but I know any chalk paint should bond the same and look similar!

Lol! Your version of Debi's music was hysterical. Thank you for the barnwood tutorial! I have an old Hoosier cabinet, and I want to give it a barnwood finish and then apply an IOD transfer. Your technique is by far the best and the easiest I've seen. I am new to painting and now I'm no longer scared to try this finish on my cabinet. Thank you so much!!

Chase Cearns I’m not sure acrylics work on buildings...? I’m sure you could use acrylics to make a pretty finish that looks like wood in a way but I’ve never tried it so I’m not sure!

@@ShePaints I am bipolar an have adhd ,a few others I'm agoraphobic I took ady an Vyvanse did not help me a bit because my bipolar got really bad manic for 2 months couldn't get out of bed I cried 24/7 . I'm new to painting about 3weeks I'm trying to find a hobby now my kids are all grown . I suck at it even though my grandma was an artist an my aunt as well but she is more famous for her books brokeback mountain, shipping news . Annie proulx my mom is her sister Joyce the set of twins so I thought it's in my blood haha not
