Recently purchased the Elitech Ultra Low Digital Temperature Data Logger Medical Refrigerator Thermometer Vaccine Fridge Temperature Monitor Max Min Value GSP-6-PTE, however it is not allowing me to add the parameter for lower than -40. The device was supposed to be for ultra low temps for -80, but Elitech software does not work. Also, no instructions included on how to set up with ultra low option. I also purchased the GSP-6 and just set that one up ok, so far ok . Where can I find help for the ultra low model?
