Mine is not displaying the current temperature. I want to be able to record the current temp in the morning and afternoon.

If the current temperature is not being displayed upon a click of the button, it can be due to either of the reasons: 1. The battery might have been discharged by the time the device reached the client. Solution- The client may have to replace the battery with a new one. Disclaimer- Please make sure that the sticker beneath the battery is removed properly. or 2. Defective display of the product. Solution- replacement, if a defective product is shipped. The device can record the data upto 80 days without shutting down if recorded with 2 hours interval. The battery life of device is 12 months. Thank You

Hi. Can you tell me if it's possible to reset the memory without connecting it to the computer. We don't want to record the actual data. We just want to check the current, min and max temp in the morning, then reset and do this again in the afternoon.

Sir, please note that it is not possible to reset the data logger without software. There is no option available on the device to do so.

Dear Sir, Please note that the product is made out of plastic and will not sustain high temperatures, hence we would not recommend you to use this particular Data Logger in Microwave. You can use other Data Loggers which will be coming with the external RTD sensors or the Thermo-couples for High-Temperature ranges. Thank You!
