Tutorial: how to sew a blind hem with the BERNINA Overlocker Blindstitch Foot

www.bernina.com/accessories | In this video we will show you how to sew a blind hem using the blindstitch feet for the L 8 series overlockers.
Blindstitch foot L19 is for overlock machines of the L 8 series (L 850 and L 860). Blindstitch foot C19 is for overlock stitches on the overlock/coverstitch-combo machine L 890.
For a blind hem, the fabric fold should be stitched through only slightly, allowing minimal thread to be visible on the right side of the hem.
The foot is individually adjustable for practical or decorative use. The guide can be adjusted from the left needle up to 5 mm to the right.
With the blindstitch foot and a BERNINA overlocker it is easy to create blind hems with a stitching that is invisible, regular and stretchy!
