Yes I do! I developed an entire "Yoga for Skaters" 2 class program to help skaters strengthen the muscles around the knees and hips which get overused when skating. Why not try the Free 7min class that goes with those and even that should help if you do it after skating and regularly. Click Free Trial here: skatefresh.com/yoga-for-skaters/ In general you need to strengthen the muscles that support the knee joint. Weak muscles means an unsupported joint and that will start to hurt if you overdo it or increase the demands on the joint. I really hope this helps. Good luck.

@@artemis8676 Also I just found this old KZbin video I did a few years ago with one great exercise which I do almost daily and this really helps me keep my quad strength up which means I don't get any knee pain (and I used to have a bad deteriorating knee problem a few years ago so I know it works). At least you know now! Try arching your back and pulling your shoulders back and down and chin UP! We all need to do this when sitting and walking anyway, and so it is with skating.

I skate on both inlines and quads. I was originally an artistic figure skater on quads in my teens so I started on quads, but I've always taught both kinds of skaters in my school. Now I am doing a lot more quads dance skating since the pandemic, but I've always done both. They are more similar than different and the same technique rules apply. Only stopping is different using the brakes as inline brake is on the heel and quads brakes are on the toes. But everything else is [retty much identical.
