i know this is from a while ago, but this aircraft does have beacon lights, they are just called anti-collision lights :) nice video!

I have a question: how to reduce cruise airpeed while using autopilot?

On the autopilot panel, use the knob under the text that says "SPD". The knob is used for dialing in a selected airspeed for your autothrottle. You can see what airspeed you have selected, on your main display, the left one. To activate and deactivate the autothrottle, press the small button on the left side of the throttle. :-)
