👍👍That went together so fast and turned out adorable. I'm just reusing the same journal I made for Junk Journal January, because I put waaaaay too many pages in by only counting one side.🤦♀️🤣 I'm new at all this so I forgive myself. Also, it never crossed my mind to put pretty pages in to start with (except for one piece of your straw paper.🤗🥰

Does it worry you to take apart these old books? I know where you are they are plentiful but I took apart a new book for my journal of stitchery and felt horrible. Just curious. I am loving creating the pages to put in though.
@roxycreations6792 жыл бұрын
If the book is super special I feel bad and won't do it. If they are books that aren't in a great state and aren't of any interest to anyone I have no problem. i feel like they are getting new life which is better than throwing them out or having them in a box somewhere going mouldy. I also remind myself that quite often these books are one of multiple volumes that have been lost along the way. If it's not a complete set no one wants them. I would never pull apart a complete set of anything. i hope this helps! If no one was going to read it nor look at it no need to feel guilty. Thank you so much.
@pamelamaynecorreia16882 жыл бұрын
It's just impossible to find the really old books here, Alberta Canada If you do find them they cost a lot. Most would be over $50 if not in $100s. So not really an option. I ended up with one on ww2 and my sis a Stephen king novel. Lol.
