You guys need to make a universal hub compatible for al, sl, tl fans and strimer. I have like 4 of your hubs taking space in the back of my PC lol

this was my problem too. bought the TL120 LCD fans and made the mistake of buying the SL120's too and grabbed the galahad II which comes with infinity fans. all different controllers... had to uninstall and bring it all back to microcenter and get the same fans. was frustrating.

@@thesagaofblitz if you can afford it, I’d recommend using only TL fans. They are the best cooling performance out of their lineup. My system is running 6 TLs and 4 TL LCDs

with all the love in my heart that software is the biggest piece of shit ever made. i can do everything but use the lcd screen on my fans... and they dont even reply to my emails. i hate not just one complaint about their bad programming skills

Nice video, very helpful! I have a quick question though. Do i need to connect the 4 pin from the controller to cpu fan or chassis fan? Plugged in the controller I have 3 reverse LCD fans (1st port) placed on the radiator of the AIO, 3 tl reverse fans (2nd port), 4 tl standard (3rd port)

The LCD fans are awesome, but there are some serious cpu usage issues when using them with L-Connect. If I set my 4 lcd fans to sensors, they take up 7% of my cpu and push my idle temps up to 50c at about 80-100 watts. Uninstalling L-connect entirely brings my idle temp back below 40c and under 50 watts

I would love nothing more than to run these displaying my temps, but I’m not willing to sacrifice nearly 10% of my cpu performance and increase my idle power usage by double when doing so.

Lian Li fans, my friend bought it, it is not working, please fix the software problems, I gave up buying it because of this problem.

From the looks of these comments I'm not the only one not able to do anything with the display of my TL fans and no support at all.. this video was posted 5 months ago not 5 years Lian Li... Should've just purchased different fans this brand is unbelievable

My L3 software shows that i have need to update the SL V2 Controller01 firmware. However after downloading it and try to update, I immediately get hit with a small alert that states "Not Supported" - what do i do now?

Same issue. Also all my fans are shown as 120mm in the software but I have 6 of 140mm and 1 of 120mm. Doesn't make sense.

please help. I have version 1.6 installed for my TL LCD fans, and now the RGB doesnt work and the LIAN LI logo only shows up on the LCD screens

I'm having trouble trying to connect a single unifan tl lcd to the unifan sl controller. It just doesnt operate at all :/

You need TL controller for TL-series fan (TL & TL-LCD). It won't work with SL, SL-Infinity, nor AL controller.

the fan hubs can just connect via USB mean the software controls all the fans and RGB

yes, I haven't downloaded the software yet and all the fans run on their power.

@@MrSpinkseryou might be able to download the software and configure the fans than uninstall. That’s what I did and both the lighting and the rpms seem to maintain. That being said, I’m using static fan curves. I don’t know if you can set a specific temp curve without the software

@@caranaworld I had that issue and realized I had it connected to slot 1 on the controller it needs to be 2,3 or 4 not one. That allowed me to install the update however it still doesnt work. LCD lights up with the logo but app doesnt recognize its there and I cannot do anything with it even the RGB lights dont go on

@@Razalghul777same. Was working just fine but then today 2 of my 3 have no RGB and aren’t detected in L3. But the other 3 I have on the bottom of my case work just fine. I don’t get it 😭

Cpu usgae for this software is ridiculous . I have the gallahad II and 3 tl lcd fans with software it bumps idle cpu usuage up to 10% , making idle temps jump from mid 30's to low 40's . Surely theres a fix for this

At 5:45 you‘re showing us the connector cable fan to fan but why is that cable not included in a 3 pack of your lcd fans? You can‘t buy it alone only with another L3 box set for another 30 EUR? And why is there no connector cable included from fan to controller? If you want to connect a Uni fan SL and you bought it standalone there is no cable for the controller and only a cable to connect to you mainboard directly… that’s really sad and by the way your software is buggy it have some problems with my LCD Fans I get gif error codes when I add some gifs. 👎🏻 and the next problem is your support.

It simply does not work. I have 3 sets of these fans in a vision. Total of 8. All wired back to the hub not using port 1. All software up to date. Only 1 set shows the lcd option in l connect. This product looks great but the software is seriously lacking.

Fix your software it makes my computer freeze every few seconds for a split second and if I want to report the issue you ask for a purchase receipt this is stupid, I paid soo much for your fans and it ends up breaking my pc

It's probably got cheap led lights like my lian li!!! Don't expect to be able to have parts if the warranty expires cause lian li don't care about there customers and won't help!!! They don't sell parts and don't help in anyway to beable to get them!!!
