Tell him to show you where he prints his picture when you get to the place,tell them you want do picture enlargement,you now tell them the size you want to do,you can ask them to direct on places to buy the glass and board too

It's called Frameless not flameless, Answering your question, Frameless is a type of photo enlargement. Enlargement is when you enlarge a picture in your photo ,so there are many types but the basic 2 types here are Framed photo Enlargement and frameless and there is acrylic frameless the one that has glassy surface is called called acrylic Frameless photo Enlargement. Framed has frame And frameless has not frame .
