Hi there. If your equipment only has 2 cuvette hokder then you need to replace the cuvette in the sample compartment each time you want to take a reading. You can skip the 'Attachment' step.

Hello sir. Sir I have the raw spc file. but how can i export the file in excel format or CSV format? when i save the file in text format the wave length data start from 400 nm. But i need data from 300 nm as my peak in the absorbance is near 350 nm. I need to plot the graph in origin that is why i need the excel or csv supported format or text format where absorbance is given from 300 nm. Sir i will eagerly wait for your reply.

Hi dear, I Will haver to analyse phosphate in the range of 400 to 470 nm, the max absorvance depends in iron concentration, so I will have to find which number will give more absorvance to me within 400 to 470 nm. Do tou know how I find the ideal wave length for my sample? If you help me, I will be very grateful. I have no one to teach me how to use this equipment, manual is extremely complicated. I count on people like you that help beginners.

You can use the spectrum scan mode. Then choose the highest value of absorbance.

Sample table is for the unknown. You use the standard table as external standards.
