@@uhashton yes, actually you need at least 2 mouse on your pc, 1 the lamzu and 1 some cheap mouse. you connect the 4k dongle lamzu and pair it with your lamzu mouse, using the cheap mouse to move the cursor (because you need to unplug the 1k dongle lamzu the smaller one and there'll be no mouse to use the cursor). after that your lamzu can be upgradeable to 2k or 4k.

Okay, but when i open the 4k dongle receiver file, and when i try to click on update, it just does nothing, any advises ?

U need to connect the dongle with usb type c for upgrading and make sure u choose the right file for ur 1k/4k dongle

​@@sorrryprettygirl double check if you turned it on and i also have the same problem, it is probably caused by a faulty mouse antenna and im sending it to warranty
