These tarts are soo delicious! And you can make them even though you don't have an electric turntable.
I've combined my two favourite flavours: Pistachio and raspberry! This gives a super fresh tart that is perfect for the season.
In this video, I show you step-by-step how I create the tarts from beginning to end and share all my best tips to making tarts. I also show you can make them without an electric turntable. It's not as tricky as it may seem.
I honestly thought it wasn't possible but I managed to figure out a technique that gives a beautiful spiral pattern.
The tarts consists of a:
- Shortcrust Pastry
- Pistachio Frangipane with Raspberry
- Pistachio Praliné
- Pistachio Ganache
- Raspberry Meringue
