Thanks for the great tutorial! I'm in your FB ads course but just used this tutorial step by step to finally get my first low tech campaign up and running to amplify the results of a free live video series I'm already doing for my FB Group as a pre-launch content strategy. Looking forward to seeing how this goes. I will keep working through the rest of the course modules to get the list building ads up and running soon but glad this provided an easy option to get my feet wet and start getting more visibility for my business within my limited time I have available to promote it.

Why do you use Engagement as the objective rather than Thru-Play? I've noticed that Facebook counts a 3-second view as an Engagement when using that as an objective so I'm seeing all these "results" but not actually getting any social proof.

To convert them into lead should retarget people who engage the most ? What having a call to action that direct to a Facebook group or KZbin in order to grow your number or views?

Retargeting is definitely a worthwhile strategy, especially during launches. And having a CTA is always a good idea for any content you create!

One more question: what would you recommend using these ads for? If I’m list building, would a carousel be a better option (linking to opt ins)!

REALLY GREAT vid Claire! Question: Any suggestions on targeting B2B audience types? I know using titles is not useful (tried and failed), I tried only targeting Shopify, but next time around I'd like to expand the audience to include online advertising, + Small Business Saturday and Gary Vee - checked out audience insights and saw these pages seemed to be popular (I'm a digital marketing consultant works with mid-level size biz) any thoughts on testing audiences in separate ads or ??
