For everyone asking these questions: I had the same problem, if you are part of an institution that lets you use web of science, you do not need to create your own account but instead just log in with your VPN from your university and not log in with anything else. Then it works for me. Before I had the same problem that I could not click on "document"

You may need to access Web of Science through your institution library database. It is paid subscription, I believe.

Hey, web of science even after logging in does not show this document section..please help..do we need some subscription or premium account for this? Someone plz reply. bcz I am unable to search subject area wise articles in web of science

Its premium exclusive, try asking if your college/instiute is having acces to it
