Thanks for talking about the Hilton transfer rate and sweet spots there. It always amazes me that people will talk about how great a 35,00 or 40,000 redemption is for UR > Hyatt transfers, but there are actually a lot of Hilton hotels that you can get for 70-80K points (I’m looking at a London Park Hyatt 80K/night redemption right now which is about $900-$1000/night) that are at least as good of redemption value for AmEx points as some of the higher transfer UR > Hyatt (crazy values like Alila Ventana, excluded of course)

anytime! Most points people are on the Hyatt bandwagon because it's easier to explain good deals with that program, but there are sometimes great sweet spots with other programs as well.

For the bora bora example how hard is it to get a over water villa? I only see the king lagoon view suite under standard award night for 120k

It's going to be difficult to get an overwater villa with any reasonable number of points. Best way to get an overwater villa is to get Hilton status (Amex Platinum comes with Gold status, Amex Aspire comes with Diamond status, and there are other options as well). From there, I'd use the free hotel upgrade email template we have in my free course www.geobreezetravel.com/freecourse to contact the hotel and that has a higher chance of getting you upgraded as well!

Thanks for the feedback! I've definitely noticed this happens as well since we record on a large monitor but try to zoom in to make the videos more mobile-friendly. I'm experimenting with other screen recording softwares to fix this (currently using Wondershare), though if anyone has any recommendations for better recording software, I'm all ears!

100k pp for Hawaiian Airlines is not competitives for flights to HI. We are based out of LAX, and even though lie flat seats were 40k pp we decided to book through AA through BA instead

oh yeah, don't pay 100k for business class flights to Hawaii. I'd just do the economy ones in this example.
