The quintessential breakfast is the tall, soft donut to be dunked in latte in the morning! In this version it is very soft because there is cream in the dough (instead of butter and oil) which gives it a soft and melting consistency!
Inside I then put apples into small pieces and jam so it's also very delicious, excellent to eat at any time of the day!
Ingredients: MOLD 22-24 cm
250 g 00 flour
3 eggs
200 ml Whipping cream (I used the sweet vegetable one)
16 g Baking powder (1 sachet)
1 lemon (grated)
1 large apple (or 2 small ones)
1 tablespoon sugar (for apples)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Apricot jam
Sugar grain
Powdered sugar
