The same is true with measuring cups. I make a wheat bread that calls for honey and oil. I always measure the 2/3 cup of oil and then pour the 1/3 cup of honey right into the measuring cup with the oil. Then when I pour the oil into the mixer bowl that has the dry ingredients, the honey goes right along without sticking.

Made this recipe for the second time today, but this time, I used cherry preserves instead of orange marmalade, because cherries go so well with almonds. I wasn’t disappointed; they were delicious! Even better than with the orange marmalade (in my opinion)! I was confused at first, because in the video portion, up at the top, it says 400 grams of flour, but the written recipe says 300 grams. I thought it was way too sticky with 300 grams (I know the dough should be sticky), so I went ahead and added the other 100 grams of flour. The dough was still sticky, but not nearly as sticky as with only 300 grams of flour. If you haven’t thought of trying this recipe with cherries, you should! Very delicious! E' venuta una meraviglia di profumo e sapore, e mangiarla il giorno dopo è ancora più buona perché i profumi si fondono tutti. Buonissima, un successone. Cucinata ieri. Ho dovuto però fare due modifiche obbligate. Non ho potuto usare le mandorle (che adoro) perché mio figlio maggiore è allergico, poi avendo deciso all'ultimo di cucinarla mi è mancata la marmellata. Ho quindi optato per del burro ammorbidito con zucchero e buccia di arancia. Tanto qualche trasgressione sotto le festività ce la possiamo permettere. È morbidissima e profumata, sicuramente da rifare. Spero tu abbia trascorso una bella giornata, un abbraccio 💫✨✨✨

А куда Вы денете вкус оливкового масла. Бриош это сдобная французская выпечка - делается на сливочном масле! Все суют везде это оливковое масло - зачем? Оно по вкусу мало куда подходит и нагревать его на сильно высокую температуру нельзя.

Ma io non so come fai a fare un pan brioche così soffice, sei veramente magica Debora! Magari hai un segreto come tutte le maghe, non so magari qualche formula magica o forse al pan brioche ci parli come si fa con le piante x farle crescere bene, o forse ....sei solo bravissima e fai le tue ricette con amore e tanta esperienza.
