I love baked vegetables au gratin, but I usually make them breaded with breadcrumbs, but today I wanted to try making them breaded with cheese... EXQUISITE! As the cheese melts, it leaves a protective film above and below the vegetables, leaving them soft on the inside and crunchy and tasty on the outside!
They are so tasty that one leads to another! But since they are vegetables there is less guilt! 😉😅
You can use any veggies you like!
📝 Ingredients:
2 courgettes
1 Eggplant
1 pepper
1 Fennel
2 Carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese (plenty)
Extra virgin olive oil (or other)
Salt and pepper
Garlic
Fagot beard
