Pretty late, but this like many of the songs at the end of the playlist this is in, this was remixed or made but never included in gameplay. Sometimes it was in promotional material or just scrapped, but it isn’t in the game as far as I know.

This song is either a sneak peak or a concept piece for the game "Marian and the Fantastic World of Dreams." The game was supposed to be in 3D but that was later scrapped and became a 2D metroidvania title that looked very similar to Aquaria. There is some cool concept art by a person named Asher Dummonchelle who worked on the game. Well, Marian was in development hell and in 2015, with Alec Holowka working on A Night in the Woods, it was pretty clear that Mariann wasn't coming out. Now with Alec Holowka dead, the intellectual property of Marian is in limbo and we only get this song and some concept art for it.
